Hedgehog Ramen is made with 100% USDA organic ancient grain noodles and two, all-natural ramen sauce packets, including a spicy chili oil for those who want to spice it up. Hedgehog is unique because it is a 'dry' ramen - there is no soup. It is similar to some of the world's leading brands of instant ramen or fried noodles, only much healthier.
