Our mission at Hedgehog Ramen is simple - to provide amazing tasting, instant ramen noodles with clean, healthy ingredients. We decided to develop Hedgehog Ramen when we couldn’t find a healthy alternative to our favorite instant ramen brands that didn’t taste like cardboard and weren't loaded with sodium.
