Our Mission

Our mission at Hedgehog Ramen is simple - to provide amazing tasting, instant ramen noodles with clean, healthy ingredients. We decided to develop Hedgehog Ramen when we couldn’t find a healthy alternative to our favorite instant ramen brands that didn’t taste like cardboard and wasn’t loaded with sodium.

Our Ramen

Hedgehog Ramen is made with 100% USDA organic ancient grain noodles and two, all-natural ramen sauce packets, including a spicy chili oil for those who want to spice it up. Hedgehog is unique because it is a 'dry' ramen - there is no soup. It is similar to some of the world's leading brands of instant ramen or fried noodles only much healthier.

OUR PRODUCTS

 

  • Add one pack of noodles to 2-3 cups of boiling water. Cook for 4-minutes or to desired tenderness, stir gently to loosen up noodles. Drain water, return noodles to pan. Add ramen sauce (and chili sauce if you want to spice it up!) and stir over low heat for 1-minute until crispy. Serve and enjoy!
